More about “The Networkmarketing Builder”…

A “Networkmarketing Builder” can help you manage your contact database and keep in touch with automatic, personal and consistent follow up, because was originally designed specifically for the Network Marketing Industry.

The biggest problem we see in the Network Marketing Industry is people just don’t have enough TIME each day to build their business. So, they soon get frustrated and quit or move on to the next opportunity promising wealth and freedom, only to find out they have the same problem.

Not enough TIME to build their business!

There are a few keys to the beginning of a successful Network Marketing business.

* First, above ALL else, you must get started right away. Procrastinating this step will nearly insure failure.

* Second, realize people DO procrastinate and put decisions off. The first few times you contact a prospect the timing just might not be right. You simply MUST follow up and keep in touch consistently. This will insure when they’re ready you get in touch with them. Don’t miss the opportunity to recruit a player that decided to go with another company because he or she hasn’t heard from you.

This is where the problem comes in. People don’t have the time to follow up with prospects and their downline near enough to be REALLY successful. You must make it easy for a new member to get started and duplicate your system!

E-mail and the Web are the answers! It costs you about $20 a month to send as much mail as you want; And $300 a year to host an entire web site The cost of phone calls and the postal service can be hundreds of dollars a month. Now, I would never recommend to forget the phone, fax, voice mail or snail mail. These are all part of building any successful business online and off-line and simply must be used.

* The third is a good consistent supply of pre-qualified leads for you and your downline.

This is a Networker’s dream come true! Because you can do it all with less than 15 minutes a day!

* Copy your sales and training follow ups into “The Networkmarketing Builder”
* Import your prospects and downline members
* Then “The Networkmarketing Builder” does the rest for you, following up and keeping in touch for as long and as often as you want.

INFORMING, SELLING, EDUCATING AND TRAINING AUTOMATICALLY

Imagine an automated system that delivers information to your potential customers and then follows up with them automatically over a preset number of days, weeks, and months. An automated system that nudges, inquires, follows up, reminds and answers questions for each and every contact in due course, over and over…

Having an automated system to send e-mail communication and follow up to your potential and existing customers will save you time and money. Maximize your marketing efforts, stay organized, and make more MONEY in less time.

Systematic follow up will insure all your prospects are walked step by step through your opportunity and your product line. They will receive the whole story a little bit at a time taking them by the hand right to the sign up. Keep telling them about the features and benefits you and your network marketing company can offer them until the time is right for them to join or you strike a chord.

What if you could AUTOMATICALLY…

* Help train and motivate your downline members?
* Follow up and keep in touch with your prospect ?

* Get new recruits started off fast and started off right?
* Import your coop leads and begin to further qualify immediately?
* Make one file of your prospecting letters to send to your members so they can import it into “The Networkmarketing Builder” to begin building their business immediately?

Sounds great, but where will you get the sales letters to follow up with?

This is a fair question. But there are many resources to depend on. This is one reason you decided on network marketing in the first place right? The support of a company and your organization!

* Contact your upline (often the letters you need are ready)
* Find all your old sales letters and applicable outgoing mail
* Work together with your upline and downline to assemble a series
* Be sure to share your series with your members

This way, your Associates can simply plug new and old prospects or import leads directly into their “Networkmarketing Builder”. Then they automatically start sending sound consistent follow up in a timely manner. This will boost their sponsoring efforts and build excitement immediately!!

This is a powerful Networkmarketing tool. When a NEW Networkmarketing member joins, you can mail them a file to import into their new “Networkmarketing Builder” program that contains tons of sales letters, follow ups, training and more. They can customize them; then import their own contacts and new prospects into the “Networkmarketing Builder”, and start sending messages that sell the plan and your products. Traffic Techniques for Network Marketers

Traffic Techniques for Network Marketers
Network marketing is a numbers game. The more people you introduce to your opportunity, the more money you’ll make. To start generating a steady stream of traffic to your site, try these 7 creative techniques:

1. Write and Distribute Articles, Reports and Ebooks. Internet users are all interested in one thing – information. Use this to promote your business by creating high quality content and allowing others to reprint it for you. One great way to do this is to distribute a brandable ebook or special report. This is one that a website or list owner can change to include a reference to their website. This doesn’t mean that it looks like they are the publisher, it’s just a way for them to include information on where the ebook was downloaded from and (if applicable) to include their affiliate link for your products and services.

2. Participate in Newsgroups, Forums, and Mailing Lists. There are hundreds of forums online and you can find one for almost any topic imaginable. Most allow you to include a signature line that will be attached to every message. This is a chance for you to advertise your site. Visiting these forums to post thoughtful questions and offer your expertise will mean your signature is viewed by others and will bring you free, targeted traffic. Of course how much traffic you get depends on how often you post and whether your signature makes people want to visit your site. A good approach is to use an ad you’ve had success with elsewhere as your signature.

3. Join Networking Sites to Build your Personal Network. Networking sites are designed to make it easy for people to meet others in their industry and to advertise their products and service. Similar to offline networking events where lots of people come together for the sole purpose of meeting people, online networking sites work the same way.

4. Use Classified Sites and Traffic Exchanges. Classified ad sites and traffic exchanges have gotten a bad reputation, but they really do work if you know how to use them. If you’re promoting a product or service that advertisers can benefit from then they’re a great place to get traffic. Although not very many consumers visit this type of advertising sites, lots of website owners do in order to make sure their ad appears on the site. While there they can’t help but notice other ads and if one catches their attention you’re likely to get a visitor.

5. Run a Contest. People love the prospect of winning something – that’s why a contest can be a great traffic generator. The key is to choose a prize that will attract people from your target audience. If you make the grand prize a new laptop you’ll get entries from everyone who would like to win a new laptop (which is basically every computer user in the world!). Get more targeted traffic by choosing something that your target audience is interested in but wouldn’t mean much to other people. To start promoting your contest do a search in Google for “Contest Directories” and you’ll find lots of places to list your contest for free.

6. Include a Powerful Signature on all Outgoing Email. Every time you send a piece of mail you have the potential to get a visitor to your site. Simply create a “signature” that is automatically added to every outgoing message. Use the signature to briefly explain what you do, give your USP or slogan and add a hyperlink to your site. Once it’s set up you don’t have to think about it again!

7. Try Newsletter Classified Ads. There are lots of newsletter publishers who give classified ads to new subscribers. Although these don’t typically bring a huge response, they can generate some traffic if you offer something with a high perceived value but low price tag. They’re also a great way to test new ads to see which ones get the best response. Once you’ve found a winner use it in a PPC campaign, make it your new email signature, run it as a top sponsor newsletter ad or use it as your forum signature.

Top Marketing Secrets for Small Businesses

Top Marketing Secrets for Small BusinessesTop Marketing Secrets for Small Businesses

If you’re a small business owner, you’re probably wondering where you can get the biggest bang for the buck with your marketing dollars.  As a veteran marketing professional and small business owner myself, I understand the importance of making the most from a limited marketing budget.

The good news for today’s small business owner is that the Internet and local advertising can provide targeted reach at a reasonable cost.  In particular, email, Internet marketing, and classified advertising, can generate huge returns for your business.

•    Email Marketing.  Each year, nearly 20 billion emails are sent to consumers and businesses.  As many as 60 percent of these emails are considered SPAM and about 20% are automatically tagged as such – making their way into the SPAM mailbox of your everyday email client.

However, what most email marketers fail to tell you is that the most productive email solicitations don’t come from businesses, they come from word-of-mouth or viral marketing.  Viral marketing is the practice of telling others about a positive experience with a brand, product or service.

As a small business owner, you can take advantage of email marketing by simply encouraging those who receive your emails to forward them to a friend.  Also, tag your web pages with a “tell a friend” button which allows for easy emailing of a web page, URL, PDF, or related document.  These features cost little or nothing to implement and can generate impressive results.

•    Internet Marketing.  Often the topic of Internet marketing scares off small business owners.  However, Internet marketing itself can be an effective tool if leveraged appropriately.  There are a variety of Internet marketing mediums. These options include “pay-for” Internet marketing options such as Google AdSense, the Yahoo! Directory and so on as well as free or cost neutral options.

In Internet marketing, there are a couple of techniques that are highly effective and cost little or nothing to implement.  The first and most popular is article marketing.  Are you a subject matter expert?  If you are, provide articles to other well known websites that can get your company name and URL out there.  This can be done for free and provides the added benefit of having other sites link to your website, increasing your site’s link popularity scores.

The second Internet marketing strategy that can drive you business is an affiliate program.  At its most basic level, an affiliate program allows other website or companies to sell your products and receive a commission.  Explore affiliate programs that can help distribute your products or services.

•    Classified Advertising.  Still one of the best and most affordable ways to sell your product, classified advertising can be effective if you run your ad for multiple weeks.  For as little as $30 per week or less, you can get your company name, product, website, or other unique identifier in front of a local audience.

Weekly papers are especially good if you are targeting a small area.  These local papers are also well read – often cover to cover.  So, if you want to advertise, forget the large display ads, magazine ads, or anything that costs more than $100.  Spend your money on classified ads and measure the response.

Marketing doesn’t have to break the bank for the small business owner.  In fact, it should be seen as an important way to drive revenue for your business.  If you have little or no money to spend on marketing, be sure to take advantage of email marketing, Internet marketing, and classified ads to drive the success of your business.  Also, make sure that everything you distribute (letters, invoices, business cards, and even your voicemail) mentions your company name and website.

Why Goose That Lays Golden Eggs

Why Goose That Lays Golden Eggs
Even as a middle-aged adult, I am fascinated by the story of Jack and the Beanstalk.  It would be wonderful to find something like a goose that lays golden eggs.  You just give it a warm place in the barn and feed it a little grain every day, and presto!, it provides you with an endless supply of riches.  Just a little over two months ago, I stumbled upon just such a thing: marketing products through the internet.  “Absurd!” you may say, or “What has this guy been smoking?” you may ask.  But, consider the following factors before you pass judgment:

•    You can set up your own internet marketing business in just a few hours for much less than $100 (yes, only two zeroes; this is not a typo).

•    You can create and sell your own products for nothing more than the cost of your own time and the electricity it takes to run your computer; or you can create nothing yourself and sell other people’s products for unusually high commission rates.

•    You can sell physical products if you wish, or you can sell information products, which require no physical inventory, no storage costs, no shipping costs, and involve absolutely no environmental impact (what about the electricity, you ask?  Perhaps a valid question, but let’s face it, if you weren’t doing something useful with the few cents of electricity your marketing efforts consumed every day, you would still have your computer on while you are surfing the ‘net or playing video games, right?).

•    You have light-speed access to a potential market of hundreds of millions of customers, but you don’t have to summon up the energy and wear out the shoe leather required to actually knock on hundreds of millions of doors.

Perhaps the most remarkable thing about internet marketing is the existence of an enormous network of like minds out there in cyberspace who are willing and able to help you set up your own business, in many cases at no charge to you, through discussion forums, on-line courses and free or inexpensive software.  The mysteries of domain registration, web hosting, e-mail autoresponders, e-book publishing, payment processing and web design are very simple to solve with a little work using easily accessible resources.

Internet marketing is the only business opportunity I know of today where a person can start with almost no capital and be up and running and collecting revenue within just a few days.  Of course, there is no free lunch.  You have to work at it (even Jack had to find grain to feed the goose . . .), but teachers are out there waiting for you if you take the time to look.

Getting Your Business Noticed

Getting Your Business Noticed
Many people will tell you that to get your web site noticed you need to ‘optimize’ your site for the search engines. You are then led up a path where you have to keep changing your web site as the search engines change their ways of listing things. As fast as you ‘optimize’ your site, Google and the others have moved the goalposts, meaning you have to keep optimizing over and over again.

Now consider some facts. Most people in the world are not users of the Internet. Let’s repeat that. The vast majority of people who you want to reach don’t use the Internet. It doesn’t matter how well you optimize your web site, they simply will never find it.

Here’s another fact. Some of the best Internet marketers make most of their sales ‘offline’. They sell their books, CD-ROMs and so on at seminars, workshops and conferences. Indeed, for many ‘Internet marketers’ these ‘offline’ sales represent the bulk of their income.

So what do these facts tell us? They show us that ‘offline’ promotion is more important than online promotion. You may be able to optimize your web site to get high rankings in a search engine. But that doesn’t mean you’ll reach the vast majority of people who could buy your product or use your information.

This was confirmed recently by one study that showed most people go to an Internet address (URL) after having read it in a newspaper or magazine, been given it by a friend or colleague, or having heard it being mentioned by someone speaking at a meeting or on TV. In other words, it seems that significant numbers of people who get to your web site will do so having heard the URL somewhere outside the Internet.

You can get many people visiting your web site, even if you are not ranked highly by the search engines. You can do this in two main ways:

1. Write articles for use in regular publications – newspapers, magazines and so on. Always include your URL in the article and you’ll get millions of people to notice your web site address.

2. Speak at every opportunity. Make presentations to business clubs, chambers of commerce, local societies – you name it, you should speak at it. Every time you speak, announce or your web site address.

Although these are the two principal ways of gaining offline publicity for your web site, don’t neglect your business stationery, posters, car stickers and so on. The more your web site address is visible outside the web, the more visitors you will get regardless of how kind the search engines are to you.

Understanding How To Avoid Stop Words

Understanding How To Avoid Stop Words
To understand how to avoid stop words, you first have to understand what stop words are. Search engines have words or phrases that are considered ‘stop words’. When a spider or crawler encounters one of these stop words, they will immediately leave your website and any information they gathered from it will not be saved in their database. This means that your website will not be indexed. If your website is already indexed in a searched engine, the crawler will come back to see if there are updates — and if it finds stop words when it does this, then your site could get banned from the search engine. You will not be allowed to remove the words and re-submit: it’s too late.

Different search engines have different lists, but some are nearly universal – usually words that refer to sites with graphic sexual content, or other ‘adult’ material. We can’t really put a list here, or you’d never find this page! You should be able to tell what they are for the most part, but remember, pornographic web sites will often get indexed as well. The norm for search engines is that they will attempt to avoid content that is illegal. When they encounter adult oriented sites, they will generally only ban sites that contain especially vulgar or illegal materials. The problem being that many of these sorts of sites will use “gateway” pages that have no content other than “click here to enter.” These sites are less likely to be caught with the stop word censors.

These aren’t the only stop words, however. Some search engines create different lists of stop words for each different kind of website. What does this mean? Well, the algorithms which rank the pages determine how many times on a page a keyword is listed. Keep in mind that there are people trying to keyword stuff their pages to improve their ranking. If a word is not relevant to your site, don’t list it in your key words. This is one easy way to avoid losing your index privileges. There is no reason to try to lure people into your site on key words that don’t apply as they will not stick around long enough to provide you with revenue anyway.

Now you might be asking what keyword stuffing is. Keyword stuffing is when someone uses the same keywords over and over again in the meta tags and the content of the web page. If you’re searching the web and you come across a website that seems to be ranked far too highly, then keyword stuffing is usually to blame. The search engines work hard to stop people from using these kinds of tactics, and usually de-list sites that they find to be using them. That’s why some sites can be listed near the top for a while, before one day seemingly disappearing altogether.

Some sites, however, get ejected for repeated keywords, even though these sites aren’t trying to keyword stuff. This is where keyword analysis comes into play. To avoid repeating the same word or phrase too many times, you need to analyze your pages before you submit them – you wouldn’t want your efforts at finding good keywords to go to waste.

Although search engine optimization is a long-term effort, the processes and rules change frequently, without any warning. There are, however, tools available that will help you to stay on top of what’s going on in SEO. Many tools can be tried out at no cost, letting you try before you buy. There are so many to choose from that you can’t just start downloading them – you will want to read the information on each tool before you make a decision.

By using these tools before you submit your pages to any search engines, you will fully understand “stop words” and how to avoid them! You need to keep in mind, though, that different search engines have different stop word lists, so words that don’t matter to one search engine can stop your site from being listed on another.

There are also some words that aren’t included in searches, such as ‘and’, ‘of’, ‘the’, and other small words. You should keep these words out of your meta tags, as they’re just a waste of space.

Email marketing was a huge component of Internet marketing efforts during the 2011 holiday season, and this season small businesses are upping their game. According to a recent Hubspot survey, 96% of businesses that conducted email marketing campaigns during the last holiday season considered them “successful,” meanwhile an impressive 54% considered them “extremely successful.”

If you’ve purchased from an online retailer recently, perhaps during Cyber Monday, you’re probably well aware that businesses are in full swing when it comes to sending out emails to new and repeat customers. There’s a reason for it, too; the numbers don’t lie.

Additionally, email marketing is a double-whammy when it comes to reaching new and potential customers. Many buyers are already checking their email for the latest deals; furthermore, a large chunk of these users are doing so on-the-go. There’s no better time to reach mobile users, and there’s perhaps no better way to grab a user’s attention by offering them an enticing deal.

Offering deals and discounts through email marketing is nothing new. That said, the holidays provide an opportunity businesses to be particularly creative in terms of what sort of offers and deals they send out to their respective lists. Gift certificates, store credit, free shipping; you name. Consider deals that won’t cut into your bottom line but will keep customers coming back into your doors. For this reason, gift certificates and in-store credit are particularly popular during the holiday season.

How the Holidays Create a Sense of Urgency

When it comes to email marketing or any sort of marketing during the holidays, it’s important to try and create a sense of urgency when it comes to your offers, deals and gifts.

As you are probably aware from personal experience, the Saturday before Christmas (December 22nd this year) represents a surge in sales due to last-minute shoppers. While last-minute shoppers tend to become rather desperate, they’re still looking for the best deals available. Through time-sensitive offers and discounts, you can serve up such a deal on a silver platter.

Brainstorm additional ways you can employ time-sensitive deals to entice buyers. Consider a deal-a-week strategy up until the weekend befor Christmas, for example. You can further appeal to last-minute shoppers with last minute deals and bargains, or perhaps offer reduced shipping as Christmas Day nears. Such deals encourage buyers to act now rather than later, and as time begins to run out for such shoppers, such discounts can really help provide a reason to seal the deal.

Tis the Season to be Social

The social network as we know it is growing. It’s not just about the big three (Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus) anymore. While some marketers are still getting a handle on what Google’s platform is offering, sites such as Pinterest are breaking through. Marketers are taking notice, with 40% more marketers investing in Pinterest this year versus last year, This may require you to cover more ground when it comes to Social Media. In addition to attempting to reach out to buyers through the social network, many SMBs are upping their ad budgets on Facebook to rev up sales for the holiday season.

If this is out of your expertise or seems overwhelming, don’t fret and don’t spread yourself too thin.

Simply know that having a social presence during the holiday season is critical. While emails help spell out the deals you’re offering loud and clear, the social channel helps keep a line of communication open and allows you to stay visible in front of your users beyond their inbox. Remember; be visible but don’t be relentless. Aggressive marketing, both through email and social media, can be a turn-off for buyers.

Think Beyond the Holidays

Like it or not, your business will continue moving past the holiday season; there are plenty of opportunities to employ the aforementioned marketing moves long after the holidays have ended. Once potential customers have entered your list, either through email marketing, social media or by physically stepping into your store, it’s crucial to nurture these users and turn them into repeat customers. The holidays represent an ideal time for grabbing the attention of new buyers. By continually engaging these buyers through relevant email marketing and keeping communication open through the social channels, a business is much more likely to retain such customers.

The Bottom Line

The holidays afford businesses an opportunity to be creative when it comes to tried and trusted methods of Internet marketing. Holiday shoppers may seem like a unique breed when it comes to marketing, yet these shoppers can easily become your repeat customers once the holiday season ends. There are many options open to small businesses when it comes to marketing and reaching out to customers during the holiday season; how will your business spread the cheer?

11 Ways to Earn More, Work Less, and Enjoy Your Summer

11 Ways to Earn More, Work Less, and Enjoy Your Summer

you start looking forward to summer as soon as the calendar flips to a new year. Take advantage of summer’s slower pace and people’s more casual attitudes and plan to not only take time off but to make some money while you do!

1. Commit to your vacation time.

If you haven’t already scheduled a break for this summer, stop reading this right now and do so! Even if you don’t have plans to go away or if your budget is tight, I strongly encourage you to put at least a long weekend break into your calendar now – and then make sure you do anything you want for those few days – EXCEPT work. You’ll come back to your business refreshed and recharged. You know you will and you know you need it.

2. Have a summer sale.

Are there some products or programs in your funnel that you could offer a summer discount on? I’d be willing to bet there’s at least one. Kick off the summer season by offering your prospects a special deal on one or more of your offerings.

3. Make a special offer to your current clients and customers.

Summer’s a great time to give your current clients and customers a special deal. For example, if they’ve already purchased something from you at the first level of your funnel, offer them a special deal for investing in an additional offering of yours, maybe at the next higher-priced level of your funnel.

So, if they’ve already spent $50 on one of your products, offer them a $50 discount towards another of your offerings.

4. Trim your expenses.

Are there some business-related expenses that could be put on hold for the next few months, without a negative impact to your bottom line? There are probably at least two or three things that you could eliminate for the summer, and you may find out that you can eliminate them completely come the fall.

For example, I’ve stopped my monthly subscription to the screen-sharing software I use because I know I won’t be using it for at least the next three months. That’s $150 in savings for my business!

5. Create summer hours.

Start later in the day, take a mid-day break for a few hours, or end your day earlier. Take one day a week off. Work half days. Take four-day weekends. It’s your choice, but by creating summer hours, you’re not only giving yourself some time to enjoy the fleeting days of warmer weather, but you’ll also find that you’ll be much more likely to focus only on your priorities, which means you’ll actually move ahead much faster!

6. Repeat a previously profitable product.

Do you have a product that when you first launched it, it sold really well? Maybe it just needs some new life and a new promotion. Don’t re-invent the wheel and simply repeat what’s already worked for you in the past.

7. Republish your best articles in your newsletter.

For the summer, consider giving some of your best articles (the ones people commented on, or were reprinted most often) an encore presentation in your ezine. If you’ve been publishing for awhile, your readers most likely will appreciate the reminder the articles will bring, while it will be new content to your newer subscribers.

8. Declutter your office.

I simply can’t think when my office falls into chaos, and I’m always amazed by how much better I feel and how much more productive I immediately become once I get rid of the clutter.

Summer is a great time to declutter and reorganize. Enlist a friend to help, or hire a professional organizer to really get you geared up for the summer (and the fall!).

9. Declutter your mind.

When you started your business, did you write down your vision for it? If you haven’t, or if you haven’t visited your vision in awhile if you have, the next few months are perfect for reflection, dreaming, and planning what you want the rest of your year to look like.

I’ll be dreaming up mine on the dock at the lake. Where will you be dreaming up yours?

10. Plan some fun stuff.

Even if you don’t have plans to travel this summer, you can still plan some really fun things to do near your home. Having something to look forward to will help you enjoy some time away from your desk while the sun is shining.

Believe me, I know how hard that can be. I love what I do, too. But one main reason we work for ourselves is so we can enjoy our lives, right?
